On April 22, 2024, China's Hainan Runsen Xinxiang Investment Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Uzbekistan's Khwarazm Prefecture at the Shared farm of Xianjugu Valley in Dongfang Runzhong, Hainan. The two sides will expand economic, trade and investment cooperation in accelerating the integration of superior resources, building a two-way cooperation bridge between China and Uzbekistan and jointly building high-tech industrial projects. More than a dozen companies from Beijing, Jiangsu, Guizhou, Foshan and Hainan engaged in environmental protection, technology and new energy industries participated in the signing ceremony.

At the signing meeting, the deputy governor of the government of Khwarazm Region of Uzbekistan introduced in detail the local industrial development situation, the distribution of resources and minerals, agricultural development, local demand and preferential policies for investment opening up, and said that he welcomed Chinese investors to visit Uzbekistan for exchanges and cooperation.

Peng Zesheng, chairman of Hainan Runsen Xinxiang Investment Group Company, gave a detailed introduction to the guests present, saying that the signing aims to work with Uzbekistan Khwarazm State to build a bridge of two-way cooperation between China and Uzbekistan, and further deepen and expand the cooperation between the two sides in the fields of economy, trade, investment and scientific and technological innovation.

Subsequently, the government of Kharezm Prefecture of Uzbekistan held discussions and exchanges with representatives of Runsen Group, Beijing Zhuoxu New Energy Co., LTD., Jiangsu Hengda Engineering Testing Co., LTD., Guizhou Zhuoxu Environmental Protection Material Technology Co., LTD., China Railway 20th Bureau and other more than 10 enterprises, and reached cooperation intentions and signed cooperation agreements, covering fields including tourism, energy, commerce, infrastructure and so on. The two sides will push for more results in friendly exchanges and cooperation in various fields.
